Black Enterprise and Supplier (ESD) Development
The current BEE regime requires enterprise development investments in return for BEE points.
This investment is a small portion of your annual net profit after tax allocated to assisting Black Owned Small Business to survive and flourish.
Vital Consulting and Partizan (an independently owned EME and 51% Black owned BEE facilitator) can assist in facilitating and structuring BEE Supplier, Enterprise (ESD) and Socio Economic Development (SED) programmes.
Companies spending towards these qualifying ESD projects and beneficiaries could secure up to 17 BEE points
(roughly 15% of the available score).
ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT
To claim the full 15 points allocated to enterprise development, a portion of your Net Profit After Tax (NPAT), must be allocated to support small Black Owned Businesses that are or will become suppliers to you.
