Points to Consider:

Your business is paying a monthly 1% skills  levy to the receiver of revenue

This is 1% of your total payroll

A portion thereof can be recouped by yourself from the SETA (Sector Education and Training Authority)

4.

You stand to recover at least 20% for basic compliancy AND up to another 50% by way of pre-planned discretionary training grants from the SETA

Ask yourself:

Q: Have you been getting your grants back from your SETA? 
Q: Is someone planning , monitoring  and ensuring that your training suits   your BBBEE strategy ?
Q: Have you got Learnerships and other B-BBEE training programmes in place?
Q: Are you getting the learnership tax rebates?
